As a service provider, according to § 7 Abs.1 TMG we are responsible for our own content on our website according to the general laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we, as the service provider, are not obligated to monitor the transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate the circumstances that indicate an illegal activity. The obligation to remove or block the use of the information under the general law remains unaffected. A liability in this regard, however, is only possible from the date of knowledge of a specific infringement. Upon notification of appropriate violations, we will remove this content immediately.

Liability for links

Our offer contains links to external websites of the third parties on whose contents we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for these external content. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. No illegal content was recognized at the time of linking. However, a permanent content control of the linked pages will not be applied without any concrete evidence of an infringement. When notified about any possible violations, we will remove such links immediately.
